NFL Action Once Again Reigns Supreme in Ratings
Once again the top two rated programs for the week on all of television were NFL games played this past Sunday.
Topping the list was CBS’ late game Sunday (primarily Steelers/Cowboys) which had a viewership of 26.9 million viewers. Number two was the Sunday night match-up between the 49ers and Patriots on NBC which garnered 23.2 million viewers.
For the fourth time this season NFL action was the top rated program in all 30 NFL local markets:
