Time to look at the local media outlets that spend time covering the Green Bay Packers…
Newspaper- There are many papers that cover the Packers, but the Green Bay Press Gazette is the daily that resides in the city. Their sports section is pretty comprehensive, including their section dedicated to the Packers. Four beat writers cover the team; Rob Demovsky (Twitter), Mike Vandermause (Twitter) and Pete Dougherty (Twitter). The team of reporters also maintain a blog on the Packers.
The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel is another large daily covering the Pack. Bob McGinn (Twitter), Tom Silverstein (Twitter), Tyler Dunne (Twitter) and Lori Nickel (Twitter) work the Packers section at the paper. They also maintain the Packers Blog and the subscription-only Packers Insider Blog.
Sports Radio- Newsradio 620 WTMJ is the flagship for the team’s radio network. Wayne Larrivee (Twitter) offers up the play-by-play and Larry McCarren provides color commentary.
WAUK, WSSP and WDUZ are the sports radio stations serving Green Bay.
Television- WBAY, WFRV, WGBA, and WLUK are the television outlets in Green Bay. Fox Sports Wisconsin also has coverage of the team.
