All NFL Media is Local- Buffalo Bills

Bills Feature

We continue our look at the local media outlets covering their NFL teams with an examination of the sports media that follows the Buffalo Bills

Newspaper- The Buffalo News is the newspaper of record in the city proper. It’s online sports section includes a special page dedicated to the Bills. Mark Gaughan (Twitter), Rodney McKissic (Twitter), and Jay Skurski (Twitter) are the ones who routinely cover the team. The paper does have a dedicated Bills blog, called the BillBoard.  Sports Columnists Bob DiCesare,  Larry Felser,  Mike Harrington (Twitter), Bucky Gleason (Twitter), Jerry Sullivan, and Allen Wilson (Twitter) may chime in on the club from time to time.

Sports Radio- WGRF-FM and WEDG-FM serve as the play-by-play home of the Bills. John Murphy will handle the call of the games with Mark Kelso as game analyst. WGR is the place where fans can talk about the Bills on the radio.

Television- On the TV side, local coverage can be found on WGRZWIVB, and WKBW.

Blogs- Some of the independent blogs covering the team are Bills GabBills Locker, Buffalo Ramblings, BuffaLowDown, and the team’s own Inside the Bills Blog.

We know there are other newspapers and blogs that report on the Bills. Feel free to add those links via our comments.
