We’re Not All Fan Boys

Last year I wrote the story about how MetsBlog had been given the opportunity to work out an agreement with SportsNet New York to be part of their network. Well another blog has joined the SNY nest…

The Jets Blog has announced that it too has an agreement to be part of the SNY Blog Network. As with MetsBlog and other SNY blogs, The Jets Blog will retain full editorial control while gaining access to the club through the SNY affiliation.

Kudos again to SNY in realizing that there is some great work being done by blogs (and some crappy work as well) and to capitalize on that work to improve content on their web site. Once more of the mainstream media opens the top button of their stuffy shirts, more of these partnerships may become commonplace.

    Thanks for the link Keith … it’s kind of surreal to start something for fun, and realize that there’s actually people paying attention to what you do!
