Good luck David. I know you might feel intimidated going up against some of these big names but you’ll prevail because anyone who listens to your show is truly touched by you. Your more than just some sports talk show host. Keep it up.

If you have never heard the David Stein Show, you have to check it out. It is the most different talk show on the air today. Living life thru sports. He knows every listener. If they called once or just emailed him. I have only called 1 time and he remembered me from an email I sent him back in October. A talk show host that actually cares about his listeners, imagine that. Love the show. Catch it if you can.

The David Stein “sports” talkshow changes lives. The friends of the show, and the show itself, have opened my eyes to daily oportunities to show kindness to strangers. Not to mention the fact that it helps me to stay positive in this negatively charged world we live in. I love to tell people about the show. I highly recomend listening, if you’re up at that time. As Motorcity’s Biggest Phillies Fan puts it, David really does care about his listeners. It comes through on every single call. Keep up the great work, David. And before I go, tell us something good, going on in your life, David.

Something good… David Stein is continuously winning over the “name” sports hosts. This is proof that there is room for positivity in sports, and more importantly, how we relate to sports. “Pick up the phone” moments occur so often when we watch sports, but now when I am watching one of these moments I am sure to make the call to my friends and ask “Did you see that?” That is what “life through sports” is really all about. Keep up the great work, David!!!

You deserve it D Stein! Your positive spin towards life, and sports keeps fans tuned in. I can’t say that about Mr. Rome, who come, across very sarcastic, and negative at times. Keep doing what ur doing!

David Stein has my vote. He respects his listeners and asks them before he lets them talk about sports about something positive in the lives of people. He is a great voice in Sports Radio.

This ballot was easier than any election i’ve voted in. David Stein earns peoples respect by listening and then commenting. Positive thinking is his way of life. He has so many things going for him. He is heard, felt and thanked just from listening. Thanks Dave for the early morning lift……

    GOOD LUCK

…”Perhaps the most respected voice in the world of sports broadcasting…-jim rome…” I do not respect his “style” of journalism. Besides for voting against Jim Rome, I truly admire The David Stein show for reminding us there is more to life. Sometimes we put too much value into sports, overly worship its athletes, and disregard the important things in life. I love sports, competition, and the thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat. But, I try to balance and prioritize everything in life. That’s how “we celebrate life thru sports” Cheers!

I’m sorry to say this but I know David Stein personally and I just don’t think his show belongs on sports radio. I’m not saying it’s bad, it just belongs on news or general talk. I think he could find further success if he was distributed to those stations.
